The operation came before the software company.
EcommEagle is a small, operator-led company building focused software for ecommerce work that existing tools leave awkward, manual or invisible.

The first product began as an internal fix.
The founder runs an ecommerce store. Supplier stock changed without warning, manual checks consumed attention, and the available software did not fit the way the operation actually worked.
EagleLytics grew from that gap. It is now in open beta with paying merchants, while its Shopify App Store and BigCommerce marketplace listings are in review.
That experience established the company’s direction: work close to the problem, build a narrow tool, and let operational usefulness—not a suite diagram—justify expansion.
